Jessie Kopp - Broker Owner
Jessie began her real estate career
in 1982 as a Realtor with Century21 and quickly
became a leader in the industry earning many awards.
She later moved her business to ReMax where she
continued to excel in the Northern Michigan
marketplace.
In 1992 she and her husband, Chuck founded Golden Shores
Realty to provide personalized, professional service to
her clients. Honesty and integrity are the
cornerstone of her service.
Jessie has lived in Cheboygan her
entire life and has extensive knowledge of the Northern
Michigan marketplace.

Perry Neuman- Associate Broker
Perry joined the Golden Shores team
as a Realtor in 2013. After years
of exemplary service in this community, he has built
a vast client base. In 2016 he earned his
license as a Real Estate Broker. In addition
to being a Real Estate Broker, he has owned and
operated Perry Neuman Construction Company since
1989.
Perry is a family man and
is proud of his Native
American Heritage. He maintains high standards of
integrity and honesty. His knowledge is vast as a
